Cubicle Wall Panels
The panel blanks that make up the cubicle walls are constructed of biodegradable wood components with a honeycomb composite center material that assists with sound deadlining.
Cubicle Fabrics
Each has fabric applied using our engineered stretch, tightening machine on site to our customers specifications. Each panel is 1-7/8” thick.
The choice of four Keystone, Grade 1 fabrics are always in stock and ready for our quick ship program.
Worksurfaces
We have state of the arts computerized machinery to make our own worksurfaces here in America.
Our Edgebanding machine allows us to fine tune the details.
Worksurfaces are made of 1” melamine, medium density board with edgeband.
Assembly
Panels are brought over from Fabric team.
Assembly Team fastens the connecters.
As the panels are completed they are taken to they are prepped for shipping.
Packaging and Shipping
Each Project is paletized, shrink wrapped, labeled with the SO (sales order) job name and number of parts, then organized in their row ready for loading.
The office team wraps up the details while Karen our office leader is on the floor supervising the process all the way till the project is loaded in the trucks.
